Morning all,

Hope you are all having a good week. The cheesey chilli parsley bread appears to have been a hit last week, as was the beer bread (although made with Suma’s organic stout as the Waen Brewery didn’t have any bottles available – although they have promised me some of the yeast from the bottom of their barrels – watch this space!)

This week I’m predicting cooler temperatures so you will need something to eat with your soup…

So the specials this week are the multigrain sourdough which is packed full of seeds and grains (sunflower, pumpkin, linseed and oats) and also I’m going for a Buckwheat and Welsh mountain cider sourdough. Lovely cider from the hills of Llanidloes with buckwheat groats and a little bit of Cwm Belan honey (Note: quite a few non-certified organic ingredients in this one)

I’ll also be doing focaccia slices with garlic/rosemary (if I get time!)

Usual orders by Thursday morning please, otherwise collection from Great Oak Foods from 1pm on Friday

Cheers,
Andy
